Big Brothers Big Sisters Miami Valley is a nonprofit mentoring organization that matches positive adult mentors (“Bigs”) with youth mentees (“Littles”) in Greene, Miami, Montgomery, and Preble Counties. Bigs and Littles meet about four to six hours a month, and when meeting they participate in fun, safe, and inexpensive activities while focusing on academic, social, and behavioral goals. For additional information about our mentoring programs, go to

We have dedicated Big Brothers Big Sisters staff who are available to assist potential mentors with our application process. To learn more about that process, see the attached flyer or go to

  • Can I commit to the program for at least one year?
  • Will I be able to meet with my Little 2-4 times per month, every month?
